Description
The Museum Mishap
A visit to the Museum of Extinct Animals takes an unexpected turn when three boys decide to toss a football while their mom retrieves the tickets. Their game leads them into a construction area featuring a fragile plesiosaur skeleton, where one thing leads to another, and disaster strikes. The skeleton crashes to the floor, and the museum’s prized exhibit is destroyed.
Now the museum is suing Mrs. McGee for $15,000 in damages. Was she negligent for leaving the boys unsupervised? Should the security guard have prevented the situation? Or was the accident simply an unfortunate mistake?
Camp participants will step into the roles of attorneys and witnesses to investigate the facts, question the evidence, and argue their case in court.
Campers will gather evidence and interview witnesses in preparation for the trial on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
